Delivery Times

We will ship orders normally within 2-4 working days after we have received the payment, however items that are out of stock take either 5-10 or 10-14 working days to be shipped. The shipping time is visible adjacent to the product choices in the drop down menu on the product pages. The actual delivery times vary, as they depend on international carriers and couriers, and are therefore something we can not affect.

Delivery Methods

We ship using Itella's delivery methods. Their partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries.

Delivery Costs

For orders under 150€:

• Envelope-sized items 15€
• Any other 25€

For orders over 150€:

• All items: 0€
