Complaints or defect products
Unless stated otherwise, all of our products have a limited warranty for one (1) year against defects in material or workmanship. Keep a proof of purchase for the whole warranty time.
In warranty matters it is best to first contact us at sales@haltistore.com. This will speed the process of your warranty matter. You will also receive further info on how to move forward with the issue.
In warranty issues our first responsibility is to repair the product. If that is not possible the customer will receive a new product or a refund. Defect products will be sent to the manufacturer or their representative for evaluation, due to which warranty issues may take from two to three weeks to process.
Refunds and exchanges in HaltiStore.com
When shopping online it is impossible to feel, try on or even see the product you are buying. Our customers have the right to exchange their product for example to another size or color. They can also return the product and be refunded to the full amount of the transaction.
The Finnish Consumer Protection Policy guarantees the consumer a 14 day period in e-commerce during which the consumer can return or exchange their products. According to the policy the consumer must notify of the return/exchange within 14 days from the day he/she has received the product. The consumer is not obligated to give reasons for the return. The products must be unused, resellable and in their original packaging. Naturally you are entitled to try on the product indoors, but for example shoes that have been through a walk outside are not returnable.
When returning/exchanging send back the product in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, including all labels and instructions of use. You also need to include a Return, Exchange and Warranty Issue Sheet. Please contact us if you have questions. The customer pays for the shipping of the return/exchange. Once we receive the product we will refund the customer ore proceed with the exchange.
